Within our group, Précon Quality Services specialises in non-food consumer products. Due to the rapid growth of this new specialisation we are seeking new colleagues who can join us in continuing to build on the future of our customers and Précon.
What will your activities be?
No day is the same. Today you are on location at a retailer with a category manager to determine the product specifications for the upcoming sourcing trip to China. Tomorrow morning you will be giving a training on setting up and implementing a product recall process before assisting colleagues in the office to answer complex legislative issues.
The change between working at our office in Bunnik and working on location at a customer, delving deep into the content of complex issues, being able to switch quickly when required to do so by your client, acting on an operational level and advising on a tactical level suits you. You maintain an overview and you are always able to communicate the secrets of quality assurance to your audience in an understandable way.
Préconners are independent and enterprising professionals. In the contact with customers you showcase your professional knowledge and you recognise new opportunities to help the customer. You are part of one or more customer teams. If you have a good idea and see a chance, you will be given the opportunity to investigate that. In this way we work together on your future and on Précon’s!
We take continued interest in your professional development. For example, our departments support you through knowledge afternoons and training courses to keep your professional knowledge up-to-date. You work on your personal development with your Précon coach. Together we ensure that the issues that you deal with and the customers that you support independently connect to your knowledge, experience and ambition.
What do we expect from you?
As a basis for our collaboration, we expect you to have worked in the quality assurance field at a non-food company for the past 3 to 5 years.
In addition to extensive QA knowledge, you have also acquired knowledge of ancillary processes, such as product development, sourcing and buying.
In your current position you are the contact point for QA issues and you ask critical questions about the QA policy. You like sharing your knowledge and experience with category managers, buyers and executives. You do this with passion and conviction in individual conversations, through small meetings or by means of bigger presentations. If the situation demands it, you automatically roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
In short, you have developed into an independent professional who is ready for the next career move and likes to learn more on-the-job.
Your work sphere is in the worldwide trade in non-food products. A good command of English and the willingness to embrace all of the Netherlands as a working area is necessary.

Our team consists of 15 young, enthusiastic professionals who mutually strive to achieve the best result for our customers. Together with our other colleagues we form a team of 100 driven professionals.
In this position, building and expanding the relationship with your customers is central. You are the contact person for your customers for all their QA issues. You also assist junior consultants in applying their professional knowledge and they can approach you with questions. You can fulfil the role of project manager in a larger customer team.
In combination with the continuous sharing of knowledge from our departments and the guidance of your personal coach, we work together on your further development, so that in 2 to 3 years you will be ready to take your next step within Précon.
