Within our group, Précon Quality Services specialises in non-food consumer products. Due to the rapid growth of this new specialisation we are seeking new colleagues who can join us in continuing to build on the future of our customers and Précon.

What will your activities be?

You help our customers come up with ideas on a strategic and tactical level. You can recognise the customer’s requirements and wishes in a briefing and can define the right objectives and projects on this basis. To achieve this you know how to find, convince and motivate the right people to make their contribution. With your commitment and presence you make the difference every day!

Our customers are found in the dynamic world of non-food trade/consumer products. We work for all parties in the supply chain; retailers, wholesalers, importers and product developers. Both in the Benelux and in the rest of the EU.

The change between working at our office in Bunnik and working on location at a customer, switching between substantive issues and quick ad hoc questions, acting on an operational level and advising on a strategic level suits you. You are a convincing discussion partner, keep asking questions and can schematically show complex processes.

Préconners are independent and enterprising professionals. In the contact with customers you showcase your professional knowledge and you recognise new opportunities to help the customer. You are part of one or more customer teams!

As an experienced professional, we also expect you to share knowledge with our ambitious colleagues. Together with other Préconners you will give further shape to the content of our professional groups. You are the eyes and ears of Précon in your field of expertise and ensure that the right colleagues are aware of the latest developments. What do we expect from you?

As a basis for our collaboration, we expect you to have worked in the Quality Assurance field at a non-food company for the past 5 years. You have been a successful manager and enjoy coaching others. In addition to extensive QA knowledge, you also possess knowledge of ancillary processes, such as product development, sourcing and buying.

In your current position you are the contact point for complex QA issues and you contribute ideas at a strategic level about the QA policy and its impact on the ancillary processes. You like sharing knowledge and experience with category managers, buyers and executives. You do this with passion and conviction in individual conversations, through small meetings or by means of bigger presentations. If the situation demands it, you automatically roll up your sleeves and get the job done.

You have developed into an independent professional who is looking for variety and new challenges in an organisation with other professionals who share your passion for Quality Assurance.

Your work sphere is in the worldwide trade in non-food products. A good command of English and the willingness to embrace all of the Netherlands as a working area is necessary.
